About CaloLaunched in Bahrain in November of 2019, Calo is on a mission to make healthy easy. We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology.Role OverviewTo portion meals for our customers using our technology - ensuring all meals are ready and packaged to be dispatched on time for the deliveries, while adhering to high standards of hygiene, quality & consistency.Main ResponsibilitiesPortioning the components for every meal for every specific customer on time before deliveries go outCommunicating with the drivers & Customer Experience team to ensure a top notch customer experienceMaintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchenEnsuring any last minute changes are carried out with our high standardsIdeal CandidateQualifications And RequirementsMust have at least 1-2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably in fast foodHolds very high standards in hygiene practices in a kitchen facilityMust be a proficient communicator in EnglishHas good communication skillsKnowledge in food safety is a plusCurrently located in UAEPersonalityEnthusiastic and values respect for everyone around themStrong communicatorActs with empathy
