Infinity Homes Properties is seeking a motivated and creative Full-Time Marketing Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that support the Company’s brand, property listings, lead generation, and overall business objectives. The role will involve managing digital marketing activities, social media platforms, property advertisements, content creation, and marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for the Company and its property listings.Manage the Company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Create engaging marketing content, including property videos, reels, graphics, stories, and promotional materials.Prepare, publish, and maintain accurate property advertisements across approved real estate platforms.Coordinate with the Sales and Leasing teams to support property marketing and lead generation.Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and marketing results.Maintain the Company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.Conduct market and competitor research to identify marketing opportunities.Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and external marketing providers when required.Assist with property launches, open houses, events, and other promotional activities.Prepare regular marketing reports and provide updates to Management.Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by Management.RequirementsPrevious experience in Marketing, preferably within the UAE real estate industry.Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.Experience in content creation and social media management.Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.Excellent English communication and writing skills.Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of UAE real estate marketing platforms is an advantage.Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE
