We have been engaged by a leading global crypto exchange undergoing rapid evolution into a multi-product financial platform spanning trading, payments, wealth, and institutional solutions.As the business scales across regions and regulatory environments, our client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to drive global execution, performance, and operational discipline at group level. Reporting to the Founder, this role owns end-to-end P&L and ensures alignment between central strategy and regional delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn global P&L, driving revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitabilityLead regional business heads, instilling accountability and execution rigourDefine and implement operating strategy across multiple marketsScale market expansion leveraging local regulatory and commercial dynamicsOptimise performance across a diversified product suite (trading, payments, wealth, institutional)Establish KPI frameworks and embed data-driven decision makingPartner cross-functionally (Product, Tech, Compliance) to enable scalable growthIdentify new revenue streams and strategic growth initiativesDrive operational excellence across all marketsCandidate ProfileSenior executive with proven global P&L ownershipTrack record scaling high-growth, complex businesses across multiple marketsStrong understanding of international regulatory and commercial landscapesExperience in crypto, fintech, or adjacent digital sectors preferredStrategic and hands-on operator with a strong commercial mindsetData-led decision maker with high execution intensityAble to influence senior stakeholders across regions and functionsFluent English required
