Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Deployment Engineer & Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services for our Customers.This role is a combination of hands-on engineering and architecture leadership, focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions. You will play a key role in our Agent Factory (FFL) model—delivering production-ready AI agents that transform business processes.What You Will DoDesign and implement end-to-end AI agent architectures across Microsoft 365 and AzureBuild and deploy agents using Copilot Studio and integrate with enterprise systemsDevelop custom plugins, connectors, and workflows to extend agent capabilitiesLead technical design for Agent Factory (FFL) delivery and scaling modelsWork with customer teams to translate business use cases into technical solutionsImplement RAG pipelines, integrations, and data orchestration for agent intelligenceSet up and optimize Azure AI environments, landing zones, and deployment pipelinesEnsure security, governance, and compliance in all solutionsCollaborate with AI Transformation Advisors to deliver end-to-end customer impactSupport testing, optimization, and continuous improvement of agent solutionsWhat You BringCore Engineering & Architecture SkillsStrong software engineering background (e.g. .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)Experience designing scalable cloud-native architecturesAbility to lead technical design and architecture decisionsAI & Agent DevelopmentHands-on experience with Copilot Studio and agent developmentExperience building AI solutions using Azure AI / Azure AI FoundryUnderstanding of multi-agent patterns, orchestration, and automationExperience integrating APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems👉 Agents operate across business processes and systems, combining orchestration, automation, and knowledge layers to deliver real value [Data & IntegrationExperience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecturesKnowledge of Azure AI Search, data pipelines, and indexing approachesExperience integrating with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and enterprise data sourcesSecurity & GovernanceUnderstanding of enterprise security, identity (Entra ID), and data protectionExperience implementing AI governance, compliance, and data security controls👉 AI solutions are expected to include governance, identity, and security layers alongside agent orchestration and data accesWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou can move from architecture to hands-on delivery seamlesslyYou build solutions that are production-ready, secure, and scalableYou understand both technical design and real business impactYou are comfortable working in fast-evolving AI environmentsYou take ownership and drive technical outcomes end-to-endNice to HaveExperience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)Familiarity with Copilot extensibility and plugin modelsExperience with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines for AI solutionsKnowledge of GCC customers and marketArabic language skillsJob DetailsRole Level: Not Applicable Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Dubai Company Website: https://www.sulavamea.com Job Function: Engineering Company Industry/Sector: Information Technology and ServicesWhat We OfferAbout The CompanySearching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
