Feel the extraordinary.The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining guest rooms and suites to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and luxury. This role plays a critical part in guest satisfaction by ensuring a flawless, comfortable, and welcoming room environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRoom Cleaning: Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms daily according to brand standards.Linen & Bedding: Strip and remake beds with fresh sheets, change towels, and replenish guest amenities (soaps, shampoo, mini-bar items, coffee supplies).Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for any damage or broken items (e.g., burnt-out light bulbs, leaking faucets) and report them immediately to the Engineering team.Guest Service: Respect guest privacy ("Do Not Disturb" signs), handle guest requests politely, and return any lost-and-found items to the supervisor.Trolley & Inventory: Restock and organize the housekeeping trolley at the start and end of each shift with adequate cleaning supplies and linens.Job RequirementsExperience: Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Cleaner in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred but not required.Skills: Strong attention to detail, physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for long shifts, and basic English to understand guest requests.Attributes: Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently under tight shift timelines.Not the right fit?
