Position: Radiographer Technologist - SonographerLocation: Abu DhabiCompany: Art Fertility Clinics LLC SPCPositions Open: 2ART Fertility Clinics is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Radiographer Technologist - Sonographer to join our Clinical Team. Ultrasound Technologist will work within a patient care team, supporting other medical clinicians.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming the ultrasound under the supervision of a physician and ensuring the transducer (probe) is capturing images correctly.Explaining the ultrasound procedure to patients in order to avoid confusionMaintaining ultrasound equipment and sterilizing the room in which the procedure takes placeSpreading the ultrasound gel on the surface of the patient’s body to cover the internal area being imagedPreparing the probe – Transvaginal Ultrasound.Evaluating the images for their quality and interpreting what the image capturedPresenting images and preliminary findings to physicians and the healthcare teamMaintaining patient records and adding medical notes related to the ultrasound procedure.Recognize and record the appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment.Care properly for sonography equipment and report equipment failure.Alert appropriate medical staff of any abnormalities that need immediate attention.Manage multiple priorities and projects, and display flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.Display good work ethic and friendly and cheerful disposition.Maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality.Work independently or with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Perform independent patient care activities within the scope of practice of DOH Abu Dhabi.🎓 RequirementsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in an OBYGNEC or IVF ClinicValid DOH License as a Radiographer TechnologistStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
