Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial operations, support investment decisions, and drive value creation across our investment portfolio.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquisitions, business turnarounds, financial restructuring, and operational optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and risk management.Evaluate acquisition opportunities, including financial due diligence, valuations, and transaction structuring.Identify underperforming businesses and implement turnaround strategies to improve profitability.Drive operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and financial performance improvements.Tax planning and optimization.Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to shareholders and senior management.RequirementsAdvanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including senior financial leadership roles.Strong experience in M&A, corporate finance, financial modeling, tax optimization and investment analysis.Proven ability to improve business profitability, optimize operations, and manage financial restructuring.Experience in an investment company, private equity firm, family office, or diversified holding company is highly preferred.Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.Knowledge of UAE/GCC markets is an advantage.Location: UAE
