Position OverviewDrive business growth through product strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization using data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop growth strategies to increase users, revenue, and market share.Optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and growth performance.Lead growth experiments, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams.RequirementsDegree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related fields.3–5+ years of experience in product growth, marketing, or business strategy.Strong knowledge of growth metrics, funnels, and data analytics.Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, or similar tools is an advantage.Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
