🗂 We’re Hiring: Catering Operations Director | Banquet Services Manager🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Senior ManagementWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Catering Operations Director | Banquet Services Manager to oversee catering operations, manage banquet services, and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale food and beverage events. This role focuses on coordinating catering activities, managing event operations, supervising service teams, maintaining service quality, and developing operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality management expertise, excellent leadership abilities, and extensive experience in catering and banquet operations.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement operational strategies for catering services, banquet operations, and large-scale hospitality events.• Oversee daily catering activities, banquet arrangements, event preparation, and service delivery.• Manage event planning, scheduling, logistics, staffing, and operational coordination.• Lead and supervise catering teams, banquet staff, kitchen personnel, and service coordinators.• Coordinate with clients, event organizers, suppliers, and hospitality partners to understand service requirements.• Monitor food quality, presentation standards, service efficiency, and overall guest experience.• Manage catering budgets, operational expenses, food costs, and resource allocation.• Develop service procedures, operational guidelines, and quality control standards.• Oversee menu planning, catering packages, food preparation schedules, and banquet service arrangements.• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and hospitality industry requirements.• Evaluate operational performance, customer feedback, and service quality indicators.• Identify business development opportunities and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and profitability.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in catering management, banquet operations, food and beverage management, or hospitality operations.• Strong understanding of large-scale catering services, banquet coordination, and event management.• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing hospitality teams and operational activities.• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and service quality procedures.• Experience managing operational budgets, food costs, procurement, and supplier relationships.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.• Ability to manage multiple events, operational priorities, and tight deadlines.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced hospitality environments.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems is an advantage.• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
