Project Manager, Digital Transformation and Software DeliveryPlans and delivers Salvone's projects across Odoo and the company's other solutions, from the first requirements workshop through go-live and hypercare. The role keeps one view of every active project and the work already running, matches timelines to the people and skills available, and raises clashes before dates are committed. On Odoo work it is hands-on: configuring modules, writing requirements, running data migrations and UAT, and training users. It is the client's main point of contact for the projects it leads and sets priorities for the development team and third-party vendors.What you will doPortfolio planning and resourcing: keep one delivery plan across all active projects, size new requests before dates are committed and spot clashes earlyProject delivery and governance: own timelines and milestones, chair steering committees, run weekly sprints, plan releases with a rollback plan, and maintain the RAID log, change control and status reportingHands-on Odoo implementation: configure Accounting, HR and Payroll, Purchase, Inventory, CRM and Project; set up multi-company structures, access rights and automations; own data migration from legacy systemsRequirements and client engagement: lead workshops, write BRDs, FRDs and user stories, run gap analysis and present live demosGo-live, UAT, training and hypercare: plan go-lives and cutover, coordinate UAT, deliver end-user training and hand over to supportWhat you bringBachelor's degreeAt least 5 years in Odoo implementation, combining project management and hands-on configurationAt least 2 full Odoo implementations from scoping to hypercareMulti-company Odoo deployment and data migration experienceExperience planning several concurrent projects against a shared teamEnough technical understanding to work with developers on APIs and integrations, challenge estimates and test their outputConfident with clients: workshops, demos and expectation managementStrong written and spoken EnglishHealthcare or regulated-industry experience is a major plusAdvantages: Odoo Functional Certification, a PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification, and enough SQL to validate dataLocation: Dubai, UAE. Full time, office based.
