Role DescriptionThe Architect will be responsible for developing and coordinating architectural designs from concept through detailed documentation, ensuring that design solutions meet functional, aesthetic, technical, and regulatory requirements. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, plans, specifications, presentations, and other technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.Key responsibilities include developing design concepts, reviewing layouts and architectural details, coordinating with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders, and ensuring that architectural requirements are clearly communicated and properly integrated. The Architect will also support design reviews, material selection, technical coordination, site-related matters, and the resolution of architectural issues throughout project development.The role requires a strong focus on design quality, technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and professional standards. The Architect is also expected to contribute to design improvements, maintain organized project documentation, and ensure that deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, construction methods, and materials.Ability to develop architectural concepts and translate design ideas into clear drawings and technical documentation.Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other BIM and design tools.Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, planning requirements, and architectural standards.Strong understanding of architectural detailing, space planning, materials, and construction documentation.Good coordination, communication, and presentation skills.Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design requirements effectively.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare professional design and technical documentation.
