Sales Executive – Holiday Homes | Fourplus Media 📍 Dubai, UAE | Full-time | On-siteAbout the Role: FourPlus Media is launching an exciting new project in Dubai's fast-growing holiday home sector, and we're looking for a driven, energetic Sales Executive to be part of it from day one. This is a great opportunity for an early-career sales professional who wants hands-on exposure to B2B sales, client relationships, and business development in one of the city's most dynamic markets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach B2B prospects, including property owners, landlords, real estate agencies, and holiday home operatorsGenerate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referralsConduct client meetings and presentations, and clearly communicate our value propositionBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive retention and repeat businessPrepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, and close dealsMaintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and pipeline activity in the CRMTrack market trends and competitor activity in the holiday home spaceAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirements0–2 years of experience in B2B sales (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply)Basic knowledge of sales, account management, and business developmentValid UAE driving license (mandatory)Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Arabic or other languages are a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredConfident, presentable, and comfortable with field sales and client meetingsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learnProficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plusInterest in or exposure to real estate, hospitality, or holiday homes is an advantageBased in the UAE and available to join at short notice preferredHow to Apply: Click "Apply" or send your CV to recruitment@fourplusmedia.com with the subject line "Sales Executive – Holiday Homes."Company Description: FourPlus Media is a multi-country media company with a strong presence across India, the Middle East, and South East Asia, reaching audiences in over 20 countries.
