Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), is looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join the team. As a People & Culture Specialist you will be part of the People & Culture team, reporting to the Process & Experience Delivery Manager.As a People & Culture Specialist, you will manage end-to-end HR operations and compliance across several Middle East markets, ensuring efficient and accurate processes that create a positive employee experience.Your ‘DAY TO DAY’Manage employee lifecycle.Work closely with other P&C and business stakeholdersTogether with Central Hubs and vendors:Coordinate payroll activities and resolve employee payroll queries accurately and on timeManage benefits, pensions, gratuity and end-of-service processesManage onboarding, employee mobility within Middle East marketsSupport audits, document checks and HR records, and make sure we meet labor, immigration, payroll and benefits requirementsAddress sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment, involving the appropriate stakeholders when needed.Improve, standardize and document HR Operations processes across the marketsRoll out local and global People & Culture initiativesWho We’re Looking ForCurrently based in the UAE; no relocation support availableBachelor’s degree in a relevant field3–5 years’ experience preferably in a multinational FMCG company in HR areas: HR operations, shared services and process outsourcing, business partnership ,Experience in Analytics, Talent, Learning, Performance, Continuous Improvement will be an additional assetProficient in M365 package, HR systems, AI tools, and case-management platformsQuick learner, strong attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsClear, empathetic communicator, comfortable engaging at all levelsExperience working with diverse, multi-market teams33895
