Organization- Grand Hyatt DubaiSummaryYou will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.The Hostess / Cashier is responsible to assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants and Food & Beverage Outlets, manages the inventory of the outlet, and assists the service staff whenever necessary.QualificationsIdeally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
