This focus on excellence and collaboration offers team members opportunities to work on high-profile, impactful projects.Role Description The Civil Construction Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The foreman oversees daily site activities, including supervising construction crews, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring that tasks are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings and specifications, organizing materials and equipment, monitoring workmanship, and reporting progress to project management. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to resolve technical and coordination issues. The foreman also enforces safety procedures, supports quality control inspections, and helps maintain a clean, compliant work environment.QualificationsStrong civil engineering knowledge and practical experience in civil construction works.With 10 yrs relevant experienceProficiency in carpentry and structural works relevant to building and refurbishment projects.Experience with heavy equipment operations and coordination on construction sites.Effective communication skills for coordinating teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.Proven background in quality control, including monitoring work against standards and specifications.Previous experience as a foreman or supervisor on civil construction projects, preferably in government or institutional sectors.Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction sites.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical documents.Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction-related field is preferred.Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under project timelines.Currently based in UAEAble to attendant personal interviewWith valid driving licenseFor urgent hiring
