Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site, Full-time)Experience: 3–6 YearsWe are looking for an AI Sales Associate with 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, technology sales, IT solutions sales, or business development. The candidate should have exposure to AI, cloud computing, data analytics, enterprise IT infrastructure, software solutions, or digital transformation.The role focuses on solution-led selling rather than product selling, identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving AI solution adoption across the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a hunter mindset, understand AI use cases well enough to engage customers, collaborate effectively with pre-sales teams, and take ownership of revenue targets.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling AI/ML solutions, GPU infrastructure, AI training programs, AI consulting, or enterprise software.Prior experience in the Dubai/UAE B2B technology market and an existing client or partner network.Exposure to government entities, universities, enterprise accounts, or channel-led sales.Understanding of AI use cases, generative AI, agentic AI, and enterprise AI adoption.Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.What We OfferOpportunity to work with emerging AI technologies and enterprise transformation initiatives.Exposure to diverse AI use cases across industries.Collaboration with technical experts and leading technology partners.Opportunities to grow expertise in AI business development and solution sales.
