As a core front-of-house role, the Waiter represents the brand on the floor and supports smooth service flow through strong product knowledge, accuracy, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesService DeliveryWelcome guests and provide attentive table service throughout the dining experienceTake accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POSServe food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and timingGuest EngagementGuide guests through menus and provide recommendationsMonitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests efficientlySupport upselling in line with service standardsSection & Team SupportMaintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service areasCoordinate with runners, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth serviceSupport colleagues to maintain service pace during busy periodsStandards & ComplianceFollow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs at all timesMaintain professional grooming and brand representationSupport opening, closing, and side duties as requiredKPIs & Success MetricsGuest satisfaction and service accuracySpeed and efficiency of serviceTable and section managementCompliance with service standardsCandidate Requirements1-3 years’ experience in a waiter or service roleStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and strong teamwork skills
