We’re Hiring: Estimation Engineer – Facilities Management (FM)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP/FM estimation, tender preparation, and cost analysis.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for FM projects.Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.Coordinate with the operations, procurement, and business development teams.Ensure competitive pricing and timely submission of tenders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.6–7 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably with an FM service provider.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost estimation, BOQs, and tendering.Experience in SLA/KPI-based FM contracts is an advantage.Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.Degree attestation is required.Interested candidates may apply by sending their CV to [Insert Email Address] with the subject “Estimation Engineer – Abu Dhabi.”
