⚡ WE ARE HIRING: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER / QUALITY ENGINEERPosition: Electrical Engineer / Quality EngineerEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Engineering / Quality Assurance / Technical Operations📌 Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer to support engineering projects, technical operations, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.The successful candidate will help ensure that electrical systems, engineering processes, components, and finished products meet established technical specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical EngineerDesign, review, and evaluate electrical systems, circuits, equipment, and technical specifications.Support electrical installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.Prepare and review electrical drawings, technical reports, calculations, and project documentation.Identify electrical faults and recommend effective corrective solutions.Ensure electrical systems comply with applicable safety standards, technical requirements, and regulations.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other engineering teams.Monitor project progress, technical performance, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.Assist with equipment selection, material specifications, and technical procurement requirements.Quality EngineerDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans.Conduct inspections, testing, and quality assessments to ensure compliance with technical specifications.Investigate product defects, process deviations, and customer complaints.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Maintain quality records, inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and technical documentation.Support internal audits, supplier evaluations, and external quality assessments.Monitor quality performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvement.Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.Support compliance with applicable quality management standards, including ISO 9001 where relevant.✅ RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Relevant experience in electrical engineering, quality assurance, quality control, testing, or technical operations.Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical specifications, and quality management procedures.Familiarity with electrical testing equipment, inspection methods, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.Knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action procedures.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical diagrams, and product specifications.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering or quality management software.Strong commitment to workplace safety, technical accuracy, and continuous improvement.🌟 Preferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, construction, industrial engineering, electrical systems, or equipment production.Familiarity with ISO 9001, quality audits, testing procedures, and inspection standards.Knowledge of CAD software, electrical design tools, or engineering analysis applications.Experience with supplier quality management, process improvement, and technical problem-solving.Relevant professional certifications or additional technical training.📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV, highlighting their engineering expertise, technical skills, quality management experience, and relevant project achievements.Please mention “Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer” in your application message.We welcome motivated professionals who are committed to engineering excellence, product reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
