About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of MCN Talent Operations / Streamer Ecosystem & Monetization Lead to build and scale our creator and streamer ecosystem, drive talent growth, and maximize monetization opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead MCN talent operations, streamer acquisition, development, retention, and monetization.Build scalable systems for talent recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and career development.Develop streamer growth and monetization strategies across livestreaming and short-video platforms.Build and manage relationships with creators, agencies, platforms, and strategic partners.Drive key business metrics including streamer revenue, GMV, retention, engagement, and talent productivity.Establish talent evaluation, incentive, performance, and revenue-sharing frameworks.Partner with Content, Marketing, Product, and Business teams to develop campaigns and commercial opportunities.Build and lead high-performing talent management, operations, and partnership teams.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven leadership experience in MCN, creator economy, livestreaming, talent management, or digital entertainment.Strong track record in streamer/creator acquisition, retention, growth, and monetization.Deep understanding of livestreaming platforms, creator ecosystems, MCN business models, and digital content.Experience designing talent incentives, revenue-sharing models, performance systems, and operational processes.Strong commercial mindset, data-driven decision-making, negotiation, and team leadership skills.International or cross-border creator ecosystem experience is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale new businesses and teams.
