The OneStream Team operates at the core of the financial landscape, collaborating closely with stakeholders across multiple divisions, countries and functions.Together with the team, you will pro-actively contribute to maintain and initiate optimizing the OneStream platform, strengthening governance, and improving the consistency of financial data, KPIs, and reports.Your RoleAs OneStream Operations Specialist, you play a key role in managing and optimizing the OneStream platform as the core solution for financial consolidation, reporting, and planning.You are responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and initiate continuous improvement of the platform. By standardizing processes, improving data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making, you help strengthen the organization’s financial capabilities.Working within the Group Control / Financial Systems domain, you collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics teams, supporting users globally and acting as a bridge between business and technology.This role offers a strong opportunity to deepen your expertise in OneStream while contributing to an international finance transformation journey.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day Operations & SupportFirst point of contact for users (helpdesk function)Resolve incidents and handle user requestsMonitor data loads, consolidations, and workflowsSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processesSupport forecast and budgeting cyclesManage users, roles, and access rightsSystem Management & MaintenancePerform small system changes (configuration, metadata updates)Maintain cubes, dimensions, and mappingsSupport releases, updates, and testing activitiesIdentify and resolve performance issuesData & Process ControlMonitor data quality and perform reconciliationsOversee integrations with source systems (e.g., ERP)Investigate and resolve data inconsistenciesEnsure reliable and consistent financial reportingContinuous Improvement (Practical)Identify recurring issues and address root causesAutomate manual steps where possibleStandardize templates and ways of workingImplement small improvements based on user feedbackUser Support & CollaborationSupport and train usersCoordinate with Finance and IT on issuesDocument solutions and working instructionsShare best practice across the organizationWhat We’re Looking ForEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or similar3–6 years of excellent experience in OneStreamUnderstanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processesKnowledge & SkillsStrong combination of finance and IT understandingExperience with data integration and data modellingKnowledge of consolidation rules and accounting principles (IFRS/Dutch GAAP)Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindsetExperience with change and release managementPersonal CompetenciesProactive and results-drivenStrong stakeholder management skillsHands-on and pragmatic mindsetAccurate and quality-focusedStrong communication skills across business and ITProfessional proficiency in English (written and spoken)Why Join Damen?At Damen, you will work at the intersection of Finance and Technology, contributing to the operational excellence of a global finance platform.
