Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEDepartment: Design & DevelopmentPosition: UI/UX DesignerEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences across web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, POS systems, and kiosk interfaces.The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective, functional, and engaging designs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user-friendly interfaces for web platforms, mobile applications, dashboards, POS systems, and kiosks.Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to understand project requirements.Conduct user research, usability testing, and design evaluations to improve user experiences.Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guidelines.Ensure responsive designs across different devices and screen sizes.Improve existing applications based on user feedback and business requirements.Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.Maintain consistency in branding, usability, and visual identity across all digital products.Stay updated with UI/UX design trends, tools, and industry best practices.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability standards.Experience designing web and mobile applications.Ability to create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and design systems.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.Experience with dashboards, POS systems, kiosk interfaces, or enterprise applications is a plus.Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.A professional portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX projects is required.Key SkillsUI/UX DesignFigma & PrototypingWireframing & User FlowsUser Research & Usability TestingResponsive Web & Mobile DesignDesign Systems & Component LibrariesCreative Problem-SolvingCross-Functional CollaborationAttention to DetailKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Quality and usability of delivered designs.Timely completion of assigned design tasks.Consistency with approved design systems and brand guidelines.Accuracy of design implementation.User satisfaction and usability improvements.Effective collaboration with product and development teams.
