As an F&B Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming mannerPresent menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beveragesTake accurate food and drink orders using our point-of-sale systemServe food and beverages in a timely and professional mannerEnsure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout serviceProcess payments and handle cash and credit transactionsCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveryMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining areaRespond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may ariseAssist in side work duties such as restocking supplies and rolling silverwareQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanorBasic math skills for handling bills and payments accuratelyKnowledge of food and beverage service techniquesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a positive attitudeKeen attention to detailPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beveragesPrevious experience in food and beverage service preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentFood handling certification preferredFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysBasic English language proficiency; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusNot the right fit?
