Hiring Forex Risk Manager - MT5 | Remote from UAEAbout the Company:Saint Lucia based Forex brokerage company.About the Job:The Forex Risk Manager will work closely with senior management, compliance, finance, operations and technology teams to ensure that the brokerage operates within its approved risk appetite and applicable regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in forex or CFD brokerage risk management, market exposure analysis, hybrid execution models, hedging strategies, stress testing and the development of risk controls for a retail trading environment, hands-on MT4/MT5 experience along with A-Book, B-Book.Key Responsibilities:Risk Framework Development and Pre-Launch PreparationHybrid A-Book/B-Book Risk ManagementMarket Risk and Exposure MonitoringHedging Risk and Counterparty ExposureMargin, Leverage and Liquidation RiskStress Testing and Scenario AnalysisTrading Surveillance and Abnormal ActivityRisk Reporting and GovernanceCross-Functional CollaborationRequired Qualifications and Experience:Typically, 3–5+ years of experience in market risk, forex brokerage risk management, CFD brokerage operations or a comparable financial-services role.Demonstrable experience managing or designing risk controls for a retail forex or CFD brokerage.Strong understanding of hybrid A-book/B-book execution models and the risks associated with internalization and external hedging.Practical experience with exposure monitoring, position limits, hedging policies and concentration-risk management.Meta Trader 4 and Meta Trader 5 administration and management experience.Experience developing stress tests, scenario analysis, risk dashboards and management reports.Ability to build policies and procedures from the ground up in a pre-launch business environment.Other Details: Work Mode: Remote from UAEExperience: 3-5 Years specifically in forex or brokerage
