Joining Sun and Sand Developers Group offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the world.Role Description The Architect will be responsible for Co-Ordination , Quality Control , Documentation in the Projecr . Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors, ensuring design compliance with local building codes and regulations, and participating in client meetings to refine requirements and present proposals. The role involves overseeing design integration throughout the project lifecycle, supporting site reviews, and resolving design-related issues in collaboration with on-site teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring close interaction with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects on time and within scope.Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated ability to develop functional and aesthetically sound building concepts.Experience with Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other technical systems to ensure cohesive project delivery.Understanding of Software Development or design-related software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms) for creating and managing digital models and documentation.Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, tracking timelines, and managing deliverables.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional certifications or licensure preferred.Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Dubai or the wider UAE region.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design and coordination issues.
