We're building the future where every employee can be their own data analyst.The RoleWe're seeking a Technical Project Manager to orchestrate the delivery of our AI analytics platform. You'll be the operational backbone ensuring our engineering team executes efficiently while working directly with our Product team. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate complex technical requirements into organized, executable delivery plans.What You'll OwnSprint Planning & ExecutionHelp plan and facilitate sprints across backend, AI/ML, and frontend engineering teamsWork with the team on product requirements and own delivery planning synced with delivery ticketsCoordinate feature delivery across multiple workstreams and technical dependenciesEnsure sprint commitments are realistic and delivery timelines are metCross-Team CoordinationManage handoffs between backend data infrastructure, AI/ML algorithms, and frontend integrationIdentify and resolve blockers before they impact delivery timelinesCoordinate with Technical Product Director on feature prioritization and scope decisionsFacilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment across engineering disciplinesDelivery OperationsMaintain and update project roadmaps with accurate delivery estimatesTrack and report on engineering velocity, burndown, and delivery metricsManage risk assessment and mitigation planning for technical deliverablesCoordinate customer demo preparations and release planningQuality & Process ManagementEstablish and maintain engineering processes (code reviews, testing, deployment)Ensure proper documentation of technical decisions and system architectureCoordinate QA testing cycles and bug triage processesManage technical debt tracking and resolution planningStakeholder CommunicationProvide weekly delivery updates to leadership and key stakeholdersCoordinate customer feedback integration and feature requirement clarificationManage communication between engineering team and sales/customer successFacilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiativesWhat You BringTechnical Project Management Experience4+ years managing technical product delivery, preferably in AI/ML or data platformsProven track record of delivering complex software products on time and within scopeExperience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management toolsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and technical dependenciesTechnical DepthAbility to understand and communicate about data infrastructure, APIs, and system architectureExperience with AI/ML project complexities (model training, data pipelines, integration challenges)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern development practicesCan engage in technical discussions without being a hands-on developerStakeholder ManagementExcellent communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business teamsExperience managing expectations across engineering, product, sales, and executive stakeholdersProven ability to facilitate difficult conversations and resolve conflictsStrong presentation skills for customer demos and executive updatesProcess & OperationsExperience establishing engineering processes in fast-growing startupsData-driven approach to measuring and improving team productivityUnderstanding of quality assurance and release management practicesAbility to balance feature velocity with technical debt managementBonus PointsExperience with enterprise software delivery and B2B customer requirementsPrevious work in analytics, BI, or data platform companiesPMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certificationsExperience coordinating across distributed/remote engineering teamsBackground in technical consulting or customer-facing technical rolesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and equity packageCentral role in building and scaling our engineering operationsDirect impact on product delivery and customer satisfactionCollaborative environment with autonomy to establish best practicesTools You'll UseProject Management: Jira, Linear, or similar agile toolsCommunication: Slack, Notion, Google WorkspaceDevelopment: GitHub, CI/CD pipelinesAnalytics: Custom dashboards for delivery metricsCustomer Coordination: CRM integration for feedback trackingThe Impact You'll HaveIn your first 90 days, you'll establish the delivery rhythm that enables our engineering team to consistently ship features to enterprise customers.
