We are seeking an experienced Director - Retail Asset Management to lead the performance and growth of a large-scale retail portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving asset value, portfolio strategy, P&L performance, leasing optimization, investment decisions, and asset enhancement initiatives across a diverse retail portfolio.Requirements:15+ years of experience in retail asset management, shopping malls, or mixed-use retail developments.Strong knowledge of the GCC real estate market.Experience managing high-value retail assets and driving commercial performance.Proven stakeholder management, financial analysis, and leasing strategy expertise.Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
