Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of AI professionals to deliver innovative AI solutions across various business units.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and devise appropriate AI strategies.- Oversee the development and deployment of AI models and ensure they align with company goals and compliance standards.- Monitor AI project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines and objectives.- Develop and implement best practices for AI model development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote AI solutions and drive adoption within the organization.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies to continually enhance the company’s AI capabilities.Requirements:- Over 10 years of experience in AI or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering AI solutions.- Proven experience in leading AI projects and teams.- Strong understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.- Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven and AI-driven solutions.- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or R.- Experience in using AI and machine learning platforms and tools.- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Proven ability to manage projects from conception through execution and delivery.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others.- Certification in AI or machine learning is a plus.
