We’re Hiring: Land Surveyor | Dubai, UAECompany: Linea Projects Industry: Main Contracting / ConstructionSalary: AED 2000 - AED 4000 (do not apply if you are not comfortable with the this range)Key Responsibilities- Carry out site surveys and setting-out activities for construction projects.- Establish and verify site coordinates, benchmarks, levels, and reference points.- Perform setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, and other structural elements.- Operate surveying equipment, including Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS instruments.- Read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with site engineers to ensure accurate execution.- Conduct as-built surveys and maintain accurate survey records and reports.- Verify dimensions, alignments, and elevations in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.- Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve surveying discrepancies.Requirements- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.- Previous experience with a main contracting or building construction company is preferred.- Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.- Hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.- Good understanding of construction drawings, setting-out procedures, coordinates, and levels.- Ability to work independently on construction sites in Dubai.
