Job title: Sales PromoterLocation: Abu DhabiAbout the roleWe are looking for a professional Sales Promoter to offer personalized services to our customers. The Sales Promoter’s responsibilities include suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details, like the ingredients, olfactive pyramid and prices.To be successful in this role, you must be customer-service oriented and are familiar with a wide range of Fragrances. Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales targets while promoting our products to clients.Key Responsibilities:Greeting customers, provide excellent customer serviceIntroduce and explain the Brands, the collections and ranges, distribute the samplesCross-sell products, when appropriateIdentify customers’ needs and recommend products based on their preferences and tastesEnsure proper presentation and merchandising of productsReplenish products to maintain stockPrepare Sales ReportsRole - Specific Skills:Extensive knowledge in FragrancesStrong communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsDesired Background and Experience:Min 3 years prior experience in sales (perfumes and cosmetics a plus)Customer service experience in retail storesLanguage skills: English and Arabic are mandatory
