A character, a storyteller?Do you want to be part of a globally recognized brand that has been entertaining for over 100 years?Join the audition and start scripting your own story at Paramount Hotels Dubai!Job Purpose:Assist guests with luggage and ensure safe delivery, collection, and storageDeliver guest messages, parcels, mail, and other items promptly and accuratelyMaintain accurate records of guest deliveries and stored luggageProvide directions and assistance throughout the hotelMaintain excellent knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and outletsFollow all hotel SOPs and procedures and actively promote hotel servicesMaintain a friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach at all timesQualifications & Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international 5-star hotel, preferably 500+ roomsDiploma in Hospitality Management preferredExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAdditional language is an advantageBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS
