We are committed to providing professional guidance, competitive mortgage options, and excellent customer service throughout the property financing process.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE mortgage market, established relationships with banks, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, convert clients, and achieve sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on residential mortgage products, home loans, refinancing, and mortgage buyouts.Assess clients’ financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners.Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.Manage the complete mortgage application process, from initial consultation to final disbursement.Coordinate with banks and clients to ensure timely submission of documents and application processing.Follow up regularly with clients, banking partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
