Overview ADSS is a successful retail and institutional brokerage based in Abu Dhabi. The company is currently undergoing a multi-year transformation to become a fast growing, purpose-led, data-driven enterprise that delivers market-leading personalized content, propositions and experiences to traders. To reinforce client-centricity the company structure, technology and operations are being redesigned alongside the crafting of a high-performance culture underpinned by The ADSS Way. The objective is for ADSS to become a dynamic and innovative, trusted market leader as measured by feedback from clients, talent, shareholders and competitors. The Night Dealer is responsible for managing market risk, executing hedging and trading activities, monitoring client flow, and supporting revenue generation while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This role will provide overnight coverage for the Dealing Desk, working from 22:00 to 06:00. Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesExecute market trades across asset classes within approved risk limits. Monitor client flow and exposure and implement hedging strategies. Support pricing optimisation and dealing desk performance initiatives. Produce an in-depth handover to the next Dealer on shift. Collaborate with Sales, Risk, Operations, Platform Support and Compliance teams. Assist with dealing projects, platform enhancements and process improvements. Maintain relationships with liquidity providers and prime brokers. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. Professional certifications such as CFA are advantageous. Experience Minimum 5 years of CFD broker experience. Roles within trading/dealing or Risk are advantageous. Skills and Competencies Strong market knowledge, analytical skills, risk management capability, stakeholder management, communication skills and leadership potential.
