Professionalism, integrity, and personalized service underpin Arab Asset’s approach as a trusted partner in building and sustaining long-term success.Role Description The Board Member role at Arab Asset Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Board Member will provide strategic oversight, help shape long-term business objectives, and support governance practices across consulting, accounting, tax, and investment advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in board meetings, reviewing financial and operational performance, assessing risks, and contributing to key decisions on growth initiatives and client service offerings. The Board Member will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment with the firm’s mission, uphold regulatory and ethical standards, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. The role also involves mentoring senior managers, evaluating new business opportunities, and promoting a culture of integrity and high performance.Qualifications Strong background in business consulting, corporate strategy, or management, with experience in business setup or company formation.Expertise in accounting, finance, or tax consulting, including familiarity with compliance frameworks and financial performance optimization.Knowledge of investment advisory, capital allocation, or portfolio management, preferably within professional services or related sectors.Proven governance, leadership, and decision-making skills, with experience serving on boards or executive committees.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex business scenarios.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.Experience in or exposure to the Middle East business environment; familiarity with UAE regulatory and commercial frameworks is an advantage.Advanced degree in business, finance, accounting, law, or a related field preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CA, MBA) are beneficial.
