TELESALES EXECUTIVE — REAL ESTATEDubai, UAE | Full-Time Salary: AED 3,000–3,500 per monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a driven and articulate Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and investors—qualifying leads, presenting properties, and converting enquiries into meetings and sales.This is a high-activity role suited to someone who is confident on the phone and understands the fast-paced Dubai property market.What You’ll Be DoingMaking a high volume of outbound calls to warm and cold leads while consistently meeting daily call targets.Presenting residential and commercial properties, responding to inbound enquiries, and promptly following up on marketing leads.Qualifying prospects based on their budget, requirements, intent, and timeline.Scheduling property viewings and meetings with senior agents.Updating the CRM with call logs, notes, lead statuses, and pipeline progress.Working towards monthly conversion and revenue targets set by the sales manager.What We’re Looking ForExcellent communication skills with clear and confident spoken English.Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations focused.Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or French is a strong advantage.Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily and maintaining consistent performance.Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, Telesales, or a closely related role is required.Familiarity with RERA regulations and the Dubai property market is an advantage.A self-motivated attitude with clear ownership of your pipeline, targets, and results.CompensationMonthly salary: AED 3,000–3,500, depending on experience and performance.
