A UAE-based real estate developer is looking to appoint a Sales Director to lead and grow its Dubai sales operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for an established UAE real estate professional with strong sales leadership, an active Dubai broker network, proven closing capability and international market exposure.Sales Director - Real Estate DeveloperDubai, UAEA UAE-based real estate developer is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Director to lead, strengthen and grow its Dubai sales operation.This is a hands-on commercial leadership role for an established UAE real estate professional who combines strong team leadership with an active broker network, proven closing capability and international market exposure.The successful candidate will take ownership of the performance of a team of approximately 10 Relationship Managers, driving revenue across direct, broker-generated and international sales channels. They will be expected to remain highly visible in the Dubai property market and personally engaged with leading brokerage firms and key decision-makers. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and drive the performance of approximately 10 Relationship ManagersTake ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual sales performanceDevelop and execute sales plans aligned with the wider commercial strategyMaintain a strong and qualified sales pipeline and improve conversionBuild, maintain and activate relationships with leading UAE brokerage companiesGrow broker-generated business through structured broker engagement and activationPersonally support strategic, VIP and high-value negotiations and transactionsIdentify and develop international broker, investor and distribution channelsCommercially support international roadshows, exhibitions and investor eventsMaintain strong sales forecasting, CRM and pipeline management disciplineMonitor team productivity and address performance gapsWork closely with Marketing and other internal stakeholders on launches, campaigns and sales initiativesThe role carries overall accountability for team performance rather than maintaining a separate individual sales portfolio.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10-12 years of real estate sales experience, with significant UAE market exposureMinimum 4-5 years in a senior sales leadership role within a reputable UAE real estate developer or high-performing brokerageDeveloper-side experience is strongly preferredProven experience leading sales teams of approximately 10-15 professionals or moreDemonstrable track record of achieving substantial sales targetsStrong and active relationships with leading UAE brokerage companies, particularly within DubaiEvidence of successfully activating broker relationships and converting them into measurable salesStrong understanding of UAE broker-channel sales and developer-broker dynamicsExperience across off-plan real estate; ready-property exposure would be advantageousPremium/luxury residential experience would be beneficialExposure to international investors, overseas brokers and international sales channelsInternational roadshow, exhibition or investor-event experience would be advantageousStrong negotiation and closing capabilityExcellent English communication skills; Arabic is strongly preferredHands-on, commercially driven leadership style with strong accountability and urgencyThe client is particularly interested in candidates who have built, scaled or significantly improved a sales operation, rather than solely managed an already established business.
