BIM Architect – Luxury Residential VillasDubai | Salary up to AED 12,000 | Immediate StartI'm working with a well-established international business that is expanding its team in Dubai and bringing something different to the luxury residential villa market.We are looking for a BIM Architect who is an expert in Revit modelling and can support high-end residential villa projects through the technical and construction stages.You must be available to start within 2 weeks.This would suit somebody who enjoys the technical side of architecture, has strong Revit skills and wants to be part of a growing business with ambitious plans in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate, detailed Revit models for luxury residential villasDevelop and manage BIM models through the technical and construction stagesProduce coordinated architectural drawings, technical details and construction documentationCoordinate models with consultants and other disciplinesIdentify and resolve design clashes and coordination issuesMaintain BIM standards, templates and model accuracySupport the wider architectural team with technical and Revit-related mattersRequirementsArchitecture or architectural technology backgroundExpert-level Revit modelling skillsStrong understanding of technical detailing and construction documentationExperience working on complex architectural projectsPrevious experience working on luxury residential villas would be a strong advantageAble to work accurately and efficiently within a growing teamAvailable to join within 2 weeksThis is a great opportunity to join a growing Dubai operation backed by an established European business, working on high-end residential projects with genuine opportunities to develop as the team expands.
