Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative and visionary Head of Creative Design / Creative Director to lead creative strategies, oversee design projects, and develop innovative visual concepts that strengthen brand identity and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the creative and design team.Develop creative concepts and visual design strategies.Oversee branding, marketing materials, and advertising campaigns.Ensure consistency in brand identity and design quality.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments.Review and approve creative designs and project deliverables.Monitor design trends and explore new creative opportunities.Manage creative projects, timelines, and budgets.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.Relevant experience in creative design or art direction.Strong portfolio showcasing creative and branding projects.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.Strong creativity, leadership, and communication skills.Good project management and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented, innovative, and able to work under pressure.
