🛡️ We’re Hiring: Ethics & Compliance Specialist | Corporate Integrity Officer🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking a highly ethical and detail-oriented Ethics & Compliance Specialist | Corporate Integrity Officer to support the organization in maintaining strong standards of business ethics, regulatory compliance, corporate integrity, and responsible conduct. This role will help develop compliance frameworks, monitor adherence to internal policies and applicable requirements, manage ethics-related concerns, and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and integrity across the organization.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and maintain corporate ethics and compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.• Support the design and continuous improvement of the organization’s ethics and compliance framework.• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.• Conduct regular compliance reviews, risk assessments, and control evaluations.• Identify potential ethical, regulatory, and integrity risks across business operations.• Investigate reported ethics concerns, compliance issues, conflicts of interest, and potential misconduct.• Manage ethics and compliance cases in accordance with established investigation procedures.• Maintain appropriate documentation and records relating to compliance reviews and investigations.• Escalate significant compliance or integrity concerns to appropriate management and relevant committees.• Develop and maintain a corporate code of conduct and related ethics guidelines.• Provide guidance to employees and management regarding ethical decision-making and compliance requirements.• Design and deliver ethics, compliance, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and corporate integrity training programs.• Monitor employee completion of mandatory compliance training and awareness programs.• Promote a culture of ethical behavior, accountability, transparency, and responsible business conduct.• Review business processes and practices to identify potential compliance gaps or control weaknesses.• Support due-diligence activities involving employees, vendors, suppliers, business partners, and third parties.• Review potential conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, charitable contributions, and other integrity-related matters.• Support anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance programs and related controls.• Monitor whistleblowing and speak-up channels and ensure concerns are handled appropriately and confidentially.• Maintain appropriate confidentiality when handling sensitive ethics and compliance matters.• Prepare compliance reports, risk summaries, investigation updates, and management presentations.• Track corrective and preventive actions resulting from compliance reviews and investigations.• Work with Legal, Internal Audit, Risk, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, and other departments on compliance matters.• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation, evidence, and compliance information.• Monitor regulatory and industry developments that may affect the organization’s operations.• Update policies and procedures when regulatory, operational, or organizational requirements change.• Establish compliance monitoring metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators.• Analyze compliance trends and identify recurring issues requiring management attention.• Recommend improvements to internal controls, business processes, and compliance practices.• Support corporate integrity initiatives, sustainability-related governance, and responsible-business programs where applicable.• Maintain compliance registers, risk assessments, policy records, training records, and investigation documentation.• Participate in compliance committees, ethics forums, risk meetings, and corporate governance initiatives.✅ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Governance, or a related field.• Proven experience in ethics, compliance, corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, or a related function.• Strong understanding of corporate ethics, compliance frameworks, internal controls, and business conduct principles.• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization.• Experience conducting compliance reviews, risk assessments, investigations, or internal control evaluations.• Strong understanding of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and whistleblowing principles.• Experience developing or maintaining corporate policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and compliance guidelines.• Strong analytical and investigative skills.• Ability to assess complex situations objectively and identify potential compliance and integrity risks.• Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to communicate compliance requirements clearly to employees, managers, and senior stakeholders.• Experience delivering compliance and ethics training is advantageous.• Familiarity with compliance monitoring systems, case-management platforms, and governance tools is beneficial.• Understanding of internal audit, enterprise risk management, and corporate governance principles is preferred.• Experience working with Legal, HR, Finance, Procurement, Audit, or Risk teams is advantageous.• Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building capabilities.• Ability to work independently while maintaining appropriate escalation and reporting procedures.• Strong ethical judgment and commitment to professional integrity.• Ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives, investigations, and deadlines.• Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA),
