About the Role:We are hiring an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will develop Revit MEP models and shop drawings for your assigned discipline, coordinating closely with other engineering and design teams to deliver clash-free, construction-ready information.Key Responsibilities:Develop and update Revit MEP models and shop drawings for the assigned MEP discipline or systems, using approved design information and project BIM standards.Coordinate service routes, levels, access, and maintenance clearances with architectural, structural, civil, and landscape models.Review clashes in Navisworks, track technical queries, and incorporate engineer-approved resolutions, consultant comments, and verified site changes.Produce plans, sections, details, schedules, and as-built documentation; check model parameters, drawing revisions, and quality prior to submission.Requirements:Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.2–5 years of Revit MEP modelling experience in at least one relevant discipline: mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing/drainage, or fire protection.Strong knowledge of your primary discipline, with the ability to coordinate its interfaces with other MEP systems and trades.Experience preparing coordinated construction and as-built drawings and communicating issues to engineers and site teams.Technical Skills:Essential: Revit MEP; AutoCAD; assigned-discipline modelling; MEP shop and as-built drawings; Navisworks clash review; model quality checksAdvantageous: Hands-on modelling across additional MEP disciplines; Autodesk Construction Cloud; Dynamo; point-cloud or fabrication-part workflows
