About the jobWe're growing our team and looking for a dynamic professional to manage relationships with our partners and develop new business collaborations.What you'll do:- Maintain regular, proactive communication with our existing partners and strengthen relationships for the long term- Develop new business partnerships; manage the full process from first contact to closing- Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners through cold outreach and networking- Coordinate the onboarding and activation processes for new partners- Resolve partner requests and issues quickly and effectively- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance the overall partner experienceWe'd love to work with you if you:- Have experience in business development, sales, or partner/relationship management-Have 3 years forex experience- Possess strong communication, persuasion, agile and relationship-building skills- Are fluent in English (written and spoken)- Have a results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented work styleWhat we offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure- A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture- Career development opportunities
