Description De L'entrepriseOur client is a fast-growing international technology company delivering mission-critical software solutions to enterprise customers in highly regulated industries.As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between clients and internal product and engineering teams. You will work alongside sales, product, and implementation specialists to design solutions, guide customers through technical evaluations, and support successful deployments.This role combines solution architecture, technical consulting, customer engagement, and hands-on implementation expertise.Description Du PostePartner with Sales teams throughout the pre-sales cycle to understand customer requirements and technical environments.Design and present tailored solution architectures addressing complex business and technical challenges.Lead technical discovery workshops and solution demonstrations.Support proof-of-concepts, evaluations, and pilot projects.Advise customers on deployment strategies, integration approaches, and best practices.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively addressed.Participate in implementation planning and technical onboarding activities.Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize adoption and satisfaction.Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and continuous improvement of implementation processes.Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders, including IT, infrastructure, security, operations, and business teams.Profil recherché8+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or a related customer-facing technical role.Proven experience supporting enterprise software implementations and integrations.Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.Experience working with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments.Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, and modern application architectures.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes is highly desirable.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in international and customer-facing environments.
