Support The Opening Of New Stores Plan and organize on-the-job training for the dedicated teams at the new stores.Tools, Reporting, And Collaboration Generate regular reports on completed visits Manage the back-office functionality of the Rituals e-learning platform (support for training session registrations, regional monitoring of module and training completion) Monitor Mystery Shopper performance within the assigned scope Work closely with the Training department at our Central Head Office (Amsterdam) and the Retail and Wholesale departments in France.
