We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with experience in the Aluminium & Façade Industry to join our team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally• Coordinate with Project, Sales, Production, and Site teams for customer requirements• Provide regular updates to clients regarding project/work status• Maintain proper records of customer communications and follow-ups• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain customer satisfactionRequirements:• Previous experience in the Aluminium, Glass & Façade Industry in the UAE is preferred• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities• Good knowledge of MS Office• Professional, organized, and customer-focusedSalary – AED 5,000 to 7,000Interested candidates are requested to email their updated resume to careers@goldentower.org.
