Minimum 2–3 years of experience in waterproofing works.Hands-on experience in torch-applied bituminous membrane waterproofing is required.Experience in cementitious, liquid, PU and other waterproofing systems will be an advantage.Able to carry out surface preparation, primer application, membrane installation, detailing and protection works.Knowledge of waterproofing works for roofs, basements, wet areas, foundations and tanks.Able to follow approved drawings, specifications and site instructions.Must maintain proper quality, workmanship and safety standards at site.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites.Immediate joining will be an advantage.SkillsTorch-applied bituminous membrane installationWaterproofing membrane application and detailingSurface preparation and primer applicationRoof and basement waterproofingWet area waterproofingCementitious and liquid waterproofing applicationPU waterproofing and sealant applicationCrack and joint treatmentUpstand, corner and pipe penetration detailingProtection board and protection screed installationLeak repair and waterproofing maintenanceGood knowledge of site safety proceduresGood workmanship and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team
