As a Steward, you’re not just keeping our kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:Keep serviceware spotless: Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and polish silverMonitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked and organized for seamless serviceMaintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and waste removalSupport events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functionsFollow health and safety protocols: Handle hazardous substances safely and comply with all hygiene and safety regulationsReport hazards and maintenance needs: Promptly alert the supervisor on duty to any safety concerns or equipment issuesTrain and mentor team members: Share your expertise with new team members to help strengthen team performanceQualificationsWhat It Takes To Make The StayAt Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team MemberA passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
