Salayel Hospitality is seeking a courteous, well-spoken, and guest-focused Telephone Operator to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely mannerProvide accurate information about hotel services and facilitiesDirect calls to appropriate departments efficientlyTake and relay messages clearly and accuratelyAssist guests with inquiries, requests, and wake-up callsMaintain a high level of confidentiality and service standardsRequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferredExcellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquetteAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service mindsetBasic computer knowledgeWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageProfessional work environmentGrowth and development opportunities within the company
