Company Description Easy Home Mortgage LLC is a Dubai-based mortgage advisory company dedicated to simplifying the home financing journey for buyers across the UAE. The team works closely with leading UAE banks and financial institutions to help clients compare mortgage options and understand eligibility criteria. Easy Home Mortgage LLC focuses on securing tailored financing solutions that align with each client’s goals and budget. The company offers a client-centric environment where advisors provide clear guidance and support throughout the mortgage process.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Advisor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Mortgage Advisor will guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process, including assessing their financial situation, explaining available mortgage products, and recommending suitable options. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, collecting and reviewing documentation, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and tracking applications to completion. The role also involves staying current with UAE mortgage regulations and market trends, supporting mortgage marketing initiatives, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The Mortgage Advisor is expected to deliver clear, unbiased advice and uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.Qualifications Strong knowledge and practical experience in Mortgages and Finance, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner.Skills in Financial Planning and mortgage solution design to help clients choose products aligned with their goals and risk profile.Experience or demonstrated capability in Mortgage Marketing to support client acquisition and promote advisory services.CeMAP qualification or equivalent mortgage advisory certification (or willingness to obtain), and familiarity with UAE banking practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships.Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple client cases, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Previous experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services in the UAE is highly beneficial.
