We are looking for a talented Content Specialist to join our marketing team in a newly created role. You will be responsible for producing high-quality English content across our marketing channels, while also supporting our broader content workflow in English.Write, edit, and localise content for property listings, brochures, website copy, email campaigns, and social mediaAdapt and trans-create marketing material into natural, culturally relevant; not literal translationWrite and edit content; social captions, listing descriptions, newsletters, internal communications, and other requests and supporting the wider marketing teamMaintain consistent tone, terminology, and brand voice across both languagesCollaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams on campaigns and property launchesProofread and quality-check content prior to publicationHelp manage the content calendar and prioritise incoming requests from other departmentsRequirementsRequiredExcellent command of English, written and spoken (C1 level or above) — essential, not optional, given how much English writing this role involves2-5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, or a similar creative roleA strong portfolio demonstrating range and creativity Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to adapt tone and style across formats (marketing, social, formal communications)Comfortable managing multiple, often shifting priorities day to dayPreferredExperience in real estate, property marketing, or a related industryFamiliarity with the UAE real estate market and terminologyExperience with CMS platforms, design tools, or social media scheduling toolsSocial media management experienceBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and expertise Clear career progression with opportunities to grow within the marketing team Collaborative, high-performing team with a 40+ person in-house marketing function Access to innovation & technology, including proprietary tools and platforms Global exposure through the Forbes Global Properties network and a fast-paced UAE real estate environment
