Mortgage Pro emphasizes honesty, professionalism, and seamless service, creating a trustworthy environment for both clients and team members.Role Description The Mortgage Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application and approval process. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client financial profiles, recommending suitable mortgage products, and explaining terms, rates, and repayment options in clear, accessible language. The role involves managing end-to-end documentation, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. The Mortgage Consultant will conduct market research on mortgage products, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and follow up with clients to address questions and provide status updates. The position also includes building long-term client relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, and collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and client experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and a solid understanding of Mortgages in the UAE market.Candidates should possess skills and experience in Finance and Mortgage Lending, including assessing creditworthiness and analyzing financial documentation.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and maintain client relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
